This is a strategic role focused on growing Strikebox’s market footprint across EMEA. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and lead complex sales cycles from first contact to close.

Role Overview

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
  • Represent Strikebox at key industry events
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on tailored client solutions
  • Manage pipeline, reporting, and performance metrics

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services
  • Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Proven success in EMEA markets
  • Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable with regular travel
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
