Transfer Trolley

Goods transferred between warehouse and cleanrooms, or cleanroom to cleanroom, require specialised trolleys designed to prevent contamination, as movement between different cleanliness grades (e.g. Class D to Class C ) can compromise integrity. Strikebox design and manufacture effective transfer specialised trolleys. Frequently used in conjunction with interlocks or pass-through hatches, and in strict adherence to Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and disinfection.

Our Strikebox FFT case cabinet offers maximum protection while being transited between cleanrooms, warehouses, or interlocks. Our dedicated cleanroom cabinet can be interlocked with matching delivery cabinet to receive the case rack, thus minimising exposure to airborne contaminants, Our unique clamping feature and roller system ensures a safe and back, rack transfer.

Our Strikebox range of 2D Bag Transfer Trolleys can be designed to suit client applications. Bags or bag trays can be manually moved between trolleys. Trolleys can accommodate a range of bag sizes, and supplied with matching plastic trays.

The drum can be securely and safely lifted off its pallet and lowered onto our Transfer Trolley. Stainless steel rollers allow easy and safe transfer. The drum can be secured in position and moved to an interlock or pass-through where it can be transferred to the sterile transfer trolley.
