Strikebox Engineering designs, fabricates, and installs bespoke engineering solutions for clients in
hygiene-driven industries across Ireland. With a modern, well-equipped workshop led by
experienced craftsmen and a quality- and environmentally focused management team, we are
committed to delivering solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
As part of our commitment to quality Strikebox Engineering has implemented an Integrated
Management System (IMS) that conforms to the requirements of IS EN ISO 9001 (Quality
Management). This system ensures that we meet international quality standards.

Our Commitments

Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing high-quality products that comply with
international standards, our own stringent internal requirements, and customer expectations. Our
quality management system covers all areas of our operations, ensuring consistency, reliability, and
customer satisfaction. We will determine if climate change is a relevant issue for us and determine
of our interested parties have requirements related to climate change.

Environmental Responsibility: We are equally dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact.
Through our additional ISO 14001 framework, we actively manage our environmental performance,
reduce waste, and ensure sustainable practices across our processes and supply chain. We will
determine if climate change is a relevant issue for us and determine of our interested parties have
requirements related to climate change.

Employee Engagement: All employees are aware of and trained in our Integrated Management
System. They understand its importance and are responsible for its consistent application
throughout the organization, ensuring that both quality and environmental standards are
maintained.

Continuous Improvement: The effectiveness of our IMS is regularly monitored and improved
through an internal audit program, management reviews, and continuous enhancement of our
products, services, and environmental practices. Management has established a framework for
setting and reviewing quality and environmental objectives, ensuring that we consistently improve
in both areas.

Resource Allocation: The company ensures that adequate resources, training, and support are in
place to maintain and improve our IMS, promoting a culture of quality, sustainability, and
compliance.

Responsibility and Reporting:
Every employee is responsible for upholding this Quality and Environmental Policy. Any defects,
deviations, or improvement opportunities must be promptly identified and reported to the
appropriate management level for action.

Health and Safety:
During a pandemic, Strikebox Engineering strictly adheres to all protocols laid out by the
Department of Health and the Government. We implement daily measures to reduce
the spread of disease, guided by the latest advice from the National Public Health
Emergency Team (NPHET).
